Doesn't It Suck When..

Well it sucks when your iTunes is being really gay and you can't listen to your music. It sucks when you find your old Cd's and they are scratched and it really sucks when the soundtrack of your life is not what you wish it to be..


You know when you meet someone and there is a song that reminds you of them? And when you see them you have that little love song playing in your head.. well not me! But this guy is pretty awesome and we are great friends but can't be catergorized as just friends because we have more than friend moments. So we are stuck in this constant friends than more than friends than not speaking.. advice is something i'm good at giving but taking my own is not. Reminds me of the song Crushcrushcrush by Paramore I'm not exactly sure why but it does. Change, as you may have read before, is not something I'm good with either.. I like it when i know whats going to happen and what I should expect. Only thing i can do about "us" is sit on the computer and write this and listen to some good Jason Moraz, White Stripes, Fefe Dobson, and Ten Second Epic.. and watch as my life playlist writes itself. Wonder if it's possible to make your own playlist, make what you want to happen happen.. So that's what i'm going to do.. write the playlist of my life.. make things happen.. fall inlove with life, music, and maybe even a guy :)

Bad Movie .. Cool sound track though

So went to see Julie&Julia .. and honestly the parts with Julia Childs was the best part. It was a little more long and boring than I expected. It wasn't very good and the plot was a little weak in my opinion but the soundtrack was great.. lots of classical and opera numbers which i really enjoyed. The soundtrack marreid the movie.. if anyone understands what i mean :)

Change

Everyone says change is good and it's for the best, but in my case i disagree. One of my best friends moved away.. today, which is not cool. It's not like she's moving across the world but she's not moving down the block either. Worst of all I can't do anything to change it but I have to live with that.

Well Well Well

I'm sure in everyone's life there is always that person who drives you crazy in more ways than one.. either you love them or you hate them, there's no inbetween which is what I hate. I like stability and i like it when i know there is a solid friendship and everything is all good. The fact that I can just call and be like lets chill and we do.. none of this retarded "ohh umm" business you either do or you don't.. why must people make things so complicated?

The song to me that discribes this feeling is some good old fashion Sound Garden and Rage Against the Machines :) .. something angry and just it drains out the anger and the louder the better. Music just helps me when instead of throwing a fit or punching holes in walls.. I blare music and it just engrosses you and strips all the anger out. It's a beautiful thing.. and that's one of the reasons i like concerts.. the base guitar pounding through your body it's great and the music just flowing through you it's just like.. i don't know how to discribe it but it's fun and relaxing.
Music is my theropy and one of my passions .. poerty being my second. Music is what keeps me going, that and my amazing friends :)

First day on the job!

Well at this moment I'm buying some music on itunes..

The latest additions to my playist, I like most music but right now I feel like listening to something upbeat, catchy, and just good music, though I'm sure people will not always think my music is "good" music but music is subjective. I give music a chance before I judge if I like or dislike it. I mainly like Rock (RHCP, Incubus, White Strips), Pop (Lady Gaga, LMFAO), Hip-Hop (Lil Wayne, Kayne West, Asher Roth), Reagge (Bob Marley and Lauryn Hill), and Techno-ish (MGMT, some Crystal Castles).
Music is the best theropy there is, it can cure anything, anger, sadness, love, anything! Just put on the tunes that speaks to you and your lost in your own little world of music. My favourite for when I'm feeling sad and i need that sorrow, I put on some Johnny Cash or some Red Hot Chilli Peppers.. which is the grestest band in my opinion not that im bais :)
Which as a side rant.. saw RHCP in concert when I was 13 and i blew my mind!! One of the reasons i love music and how music makes me feel..
That's enough for right now.. but i shall be back!!
